NerouVT, Nero for short. I'm a weirdo, lets just get that out of the way first cause it'll become obvious the more we socialize. I'm a digital artist and graphics designer.I am incredibly lazy yet somehow highly productive. I take my work very seriously and do my best to please my clients, no pun intended but somehow....still intended? anyways.
I'm part of the LGBTQA, but dont subscribe to any labels...Totally gay though. I'm obssesed with boys.I am also a EN/ESP Vtuber. Terms & Conditions
By Commissioning me you agree to the following workflow.• Commissions are queue based (First come, first served). You are provided a number slot and a screencap of your current place in the queue via whatever means of communication we have initiated.• Some commissions will be finished faster than others, for example: Emotes (if I have multiple emote commissions, they may be done in the same batch even if I jump a number slot to maximize productivity).• I will provide an estimated time frame for each commission given the current queue, it is subject to change due to multiple variables included but not limited to IRL, events I run publicaly for my community that may take presidence or personal and mental health breaks. I work as efficiently as I can and produce most of my work live on my Twitch channel.

• I reserve the right to decline any project I do not feel comfortable with.Workflow / Process of Commissions1: Commission Details
Gather details on what you would like for your commission. I will require references, pictures, specification on any special characteristics of color pallet, fonts, props or assets.
Reference material is required for: Emotes, Discord PFP, or PNGTuber / Vtuber pieces or stickers and Custom OC as well as overlays.2: Sketch Phase
Based on the details you've provided and agreed on during our conversation, I will begin your commission once we reach your slot/number. Once the sketch is approved and only once it is approved we will move forward to the next phase. Only during the sketch phase will you be able to request any major changes to your commission with a maximum of 3 revisions.3: Line and Color
Once the sketch has been approved, I'll begin the Line and Color Phases. Line requires approval as well with 1 revision available for any minor changes or additions. Line is usually finished same day I begin to work on it, however coloring phase to render your product may vary anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks depending on its scale.If at this stage there is a drastic change required, depending on the type of commission, there will be an addititonal charge ranging from 5-50 USD.4: Delivery
I will send you the commission by the means we have been communicating unless otherwise requested. It needs to be noted that HD commissions are large file sizes that Discord/Email/Twitter are unable to transfer, so most likely I will upload to my drive and provide you with a download link.I will include:
• Lineart
• Final Product with watermark
• Final Product without watermark
• For HD versions: Smaller preview for you to post to your socials.
NO PSD OR CLIP FILES WILL BE INCLUDED unless it is for Vtuber commissions• Timeframes
Once the commission has been purchased and we have discussed your requirements and references,from the time I begin work on your slot it can take a minimum of 2-14 days to complete depending on your on the commission type, and your current spot.An estimated time frame for your individual commission will be discussed once your slot is next, however I can provide estimates based on the current queue.• Commercial Use
If you're a content creator: Of course you can use your commission commercially. Feel free to use it for merch, revenue off of your streams (emotes, sub badges), youtube videos, etc.
If you're a brand or business: Please reach out to me. I'm more than happy to work with you but depending on what my artwork will be used for. There may be additional fee's or a royalty.• NFT
Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of the commissioned artwork for Non Fungible Tokens (NFT). Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.• Refund Policy
By commissioning via Ko-fi, it processes your payment automatically and thus becomes a binding contract where you knowingly and comprehensively purchased my services. If this was somehow done by mistake and you did not mean to purchase a commission, please reach out to me to discuss it within the first 24 hours, otherwise any moneys processed will be considered a donation. If it is in fact a mistake, I will be happy to refund, however I am not responsible for any fees associated with Paypal transfers.NO REFUNDS AFTER THE ABOVE IS UNDERSTOODOn a personal note, I am very keen on staying in contact with all of my clients, however I do not hold all responsibility in our contract. If I owe you a commission and I have somehow forgotten about it, taken far too long, or simply skipped it and never started, PLEASE reach out to me.. DO NOT wait 3 months after I've cleared my queue to reach out to a third party whining about how I didnt do something. I can only imagine you're a grown adult, and thus expect you to speak up and bring this issue to me directly instead of whining about it elsewhere. I am very approachable and fully understand I'm not infalible to making mistakes.• My right as the ArtistI like to share my artwork with my community, therefore I may post WIP's or completed versions of your commission on my social media like Discord / Twitter/ Ko-fi and or stream the process Live on Twitch (I do not stream sketch work as it requires pre-approval). I may also use your commission as an example of my work in my portfolio. If you would like me not to do so, please discuss it with me before hand.• My ScheduleI do not work on an hourly basis, my prices are set, however I do work on a set daily schedule like any other day job. As previously mentioned I am very efficient in my work, however the current time slot in which I work are the following:Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm Costa Rica (GMT-6) Central StandardAfter 5pm I put my pen down, close all programs and unwind so that I may start fresh the next day. It is a necessary measure to produce the best quality of work by not having the pressure of being overworked.• Special Projects / Time Sensitive JobsAs per my time frames, I should be able to complete all pieces requested within a 2-14 weekdays once we reach your numbered slot. However it is first come first serve.
